As a disabled person, natural fibers like wool and alpaca pull the ache out of my bones like nothing else. This has been the best purchase I've made on Etsy. I debated it for so long, but as soon as I purchased it, Snezha sent me a message and I was able to communicate with her. She was amazing and I sent her details about my situation (mostly in a wheelchair) and my measurements, and she worked with me from beginning until end. I've had this now for almost a month and have IMMENSELY enjoyed it and had many compliments.

Pros:Warm, soft, fits perfect, can be worn in various ways, came quicker than expected, customizable

Cons: I'm afraid the button may stretch off of it but so far so good!
